Hello. My name is Gertie. I am 11 1/2 weeks old. I am a purebred German Shepherd. I will be a large dog, a typical size for a female Shepherd. I have so much energy! I need someone who has a lot of free time to spend with me to work on training and to release some of my pent up energy. I ask that you guys do some research on my breed before coming to meet me. We are a difficult breed and it takes a very special family to train us properly. We will be taking applications for a week before making a decision on which family would be the best fit for me.

Our noses are very powerful and it is in our nature to follow smells. Please do your research!
